The renowned Polyx-Oil for a special effect!

Osmo Polyx-Oil Effect is ideally suited for producing special effects on wooden flooring in the interior. Through the application of Polyx-Oil Effect Natural / Raw, light-coloured interior wood is protected nearly invisibly the natural wood colour and grain are not enhanced. Polyx-Oil Effect Silver/Gold, in contrast, is a decorative coating for darker wooden floors.

Application

Finished surface in 2 days, 2 coats

(1stPolyx-Oil Effect, 2ndclear Polyx-Oil)

1. First coat on the raw, sanded wood approx. 30-40 ml/m
2. Mistakes in the wet coating can be corrected up to 30 minutes after the first application
3. Drying time approx. 24 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 C/50 % rel. humidity)
4. Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can increase drying time. Allow for good ventilation
5. If desired, the dried finish can be smoothened with fine grain sandpaper (P400) or with a scouring pad before applying the second coat
6. Second coat approx. 30-40 ml/m with clear Polyx-Oil
7. Drying time approx. 8-10 hours; see point 3
